Senior TV News Producer & Inc. Columnist
I produce national television news. I write for Inc., Essence, Ebony, and Business Insider. I help brands tell better stories. Twelve-plus years in the newsroom taught me that every platform runs on the same thing — good editorial judgment.

I also teach journalism at Jackson State University, hold an MBA, and am a doctoral candidate in Leadership at Concordia University Chicago. My research examines how sports media leaders make decisions around WNBA broadcast coverage.
